Jazzercise

The original dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60-minute workout blends dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today's hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk, and classics. Our instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale.

 

Jazzercise Lite

Fitness that’s invigorating, not intimidating! This 60-minute class pairs moderate aerobics with exercises designed to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether you’re a senior, newcomer, pregnant, or prefer low impact, you can’t go wrong with this popular light version of the original Jazzercise program.

 

Jazzercise Circuit Training

Featuring a proven combination of aerobic exercise and strength training with weights, resistance tubes, and balls, this Jazzercise workout covers all the fitness bases as you cross train your way to a fit and fabulous look.

 

 Jazzercise Express

Pressed for time? Then consider this 30-minute workout, featuring a streamlined fusion of strength and cardio conditioning. With targeted intensity and moves, Jazzercise Express provides great calorie-burning, muscle-toning results for even the tightest of schedules.

 

Personal Touch

A unique approach to personal training in a small group setting with your instructor, Personal Touch is designed to increase your muscle tone and enhance your Jazzercise workout by focusing on varying muscle groups and techniques designed to help you achieve maximum results.  (More info...)  

 

Junior Jazzercise! 

What exactly is Junior Jazzercise?

Junior Jazzercise is a fun-filled 45 minute class that introduces youngsters to the lifelong benefits of exercise. Jazzercise developed this workout program to promote fitness as a way of life to school age children. Junior Jazzercise is tailored especially for the musical tastes and physical needs of children, and is offered in a non-competitive, stress-free environment. It's all about getting up and moving, and is taught by certified Jazzercise instructors.

Each 10 week session is offered to boys and girls attending Kindergarten through the 5th grade. We will dance, discuss nutrition and fitness, and play games with the intended effect of increasing the heart rate and having loads of fun in the process!
The cost of this beneficial 10 week session is only $110.00. 

 

Team Dance

Team Dance is designed for teens between the ages of 11-18. This weekly, 1 hour co-ed class combines aerobic conditioning and strength training, with the fun of traditional dance class choreography. This format devotes more time to learning choreography and refining dance movements than in our Junior Jazzercise class. All levels are welcome. A great value, when compared to traditional dance studios! Unlimited regular Jazzercise can be added to our 6 or 12 week Team Dance pass for a very nominal fee, and terrific sibling discounts of 25% are offered!
