Laura Howerton

Laura Howerton:

Laura has been "addicted" to dance for most of her life.  It started when she was 3 years old with ballet.  After years of ballet, tap, jazz, gymnastics, and a couple of Nutcracker performances she was hooked on using dance as part of her fitness routine.  During college she was a certified step aerobic and water aerobic instructor.  After graduating from college and getting married she was searching for a new way to take off those ever increasing pounds.  She and her mom decided to check out Jazzercise.   “From the first day I started I LOVED it!!  It was something fun that we could do together.”   She continued to take classes for 5 years and through two pregnancies.   She knew it was serious when one of her son’s first words was “Jazzercise.”  The next natural step was for her to become an instructor.  In June of 2004 she went through workshop and hasn’t stopped moving since.
